Tino has completely rewired his machine, rebuilt the power supply, every bit of ever major component and it seems to be in working order. We need to reseat the sticks I think because something feels off about them but otherwise, by around 1 AM the machine was in perfect working order. Major props to Tino on his diligent work, because learning this and getting all the equipment would have taken me weeks to months to learn to do on my own. He’s never worked on an arcade machine before but he is a master of electronics and quickly figured out everything we needed. Some interesting things will soon emerge.
We also now have an MKII board/set, the Zeus hack, and an extra UMK3 board on the way which hasn’t arrived yet. MK1 and MK4 are next and we’ll have everything set to use the 6 board changer for a full on multi MK machine.
I’ve heard some terrible things about the 6board changers 🙁 good luck
Just completed purchases on mk1,2,3,4 will also install an mk board with zeus , also will set up an IP camera for you guys to watch some live stream matches we have
Full props go out to Tino of course for the masterful job he has done, we will post pics of all the mods and work we have done to the cab, it is quite amazing…. We have the 6-1 pcb with remote to toggle through all the games and a shelf being built to place all the boards in

You do know they have 24 board changers too. 🙂
